Anna Paquin

Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is the name of a Canadian actor from Canada. Paquin, born in Winnipeg and raised by Wellington Paquin's mother, made her acting debut as Flora McGrath. For this role, she won the Academy Award of Best Supporting Actress in the romantic drama The Piano at the young age of eleven. She was the second youngest winner in Oscar history. She portrayed teenagers in Hurlyburly (1998), She's All That (2000) and A Walk on the Moon (2000). She played groupie Polexia Aphrodisa on Almost Famous (2000).
