Sheryl Underwood, an American comedian, TV host and performer best known for hosting The Talk, a popular talk show on daytime. The Talk. She was raised by Little Rock and Atwater. Sheryl was raised by the midst of a challenging family. She spent most part of her youth looking after Frankie. Frankie suffered from an illness called polio. Growing up, she had a difficult relationship with her mom. Sheryl says that her mother was once brutally stabbed by her father for getting too close. When she graduated from college Sheryl was a soldier in the military. Her passion for the military was comedy. The show was named the first woman to be a finalist in the Miller Lite Comedy Search, held in 1989. Her TV career began in 1992 when she was a guest actor on the HBO comedy series Def Comedy Jam. She was a TV host for the 2000 season of Oh Drama! Then in 2011, she started participating as a co-host on The Talk as co-host. Also, she's appeared in fictitious show like Bulworth Niki as well as Beauty Shop.
